Joyous Labs Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Joyous Labs. We want your supplements to arrive safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered, as well as our policies on cancellations, shipping fees, and damaged orders.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our partner pharmacy will begin preparing your shipment.
Processing typically takes 3–5 business days before orders are shipped.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

  • Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume (e.g., holidays, product launches).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship all orders via USPS. Delivery times depend on your location and USPS service availability. Most customers receive their order within 2–7 business days after shipment.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders over $100 (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Orders under $100 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an order arrives damaged.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships by logging into your Joyous Labs account and canceling the order directly.

Important:

  • Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, rerouted, or returned to us.

  • Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order to avoid issues.

Damaged or Defective Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at care@joyous.team within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos of the damaged product

  3. Photos of the shipping box

  4. A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the information and confirm whether you are eligible for either:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A refund (per your preference)

We reserve the right to approve or deny replacement/refund requests based on the evidence provided.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package shows as “delivered” but you did not receive it:

  1. Please first check with neighbors or your building management.

  2. Contact USPS to open a missing mail request.

  3. If USPS is unable to locate your package after investigation, contact us and we’ll work with you on next steps.

Incorrect Shipping Information

We rely on the shipping address provided at checkout.
Joyous Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
