Truth be told, I highly enjoy these Sleep capsules. Only really need one each night to help with sleep. Sleep comes on rather quickly and smoothly. The capsule does not sit heavily on my stomach. They are a stiff competitor to the gummies available through the farmacy dispensaries in this state.
I've started my 2nd month taking Spark. The benefits are subtle: I have increased energy without teeth grinding or anxiety and improved focus to complete everyday tasks that used to go half finished. I plan to continue taking Spark .

I was a little weary of this but I do have to say that my energy has increased 10 fold. I have chronic fatigue and I haven't had to nap during my lunch break this whole week that's actually huge
Ordered two only received one, customer service sent me a link but it was only good for the ketamine not for the sleep supplements, I tried calling several time and couldn’t talk to anyone. This the first time this happened I’m little disappointed, I know mistakes happen but the customer service isn’t so great, all I want is my other bag that I’d paid for.

Been taking for about a month because I wanted to replace melatonin after hearing about the negative long term side effects. Found myself enjoying deep sleep with no grogginess the next day! Very impressed!
It was good, but not great. After a while I felt weird from it. It’s good for the first week, and then it tapers off. Maybe I should have just taken one daily instead of two. I may give it a try again at some point.

I have no idea if or how it may be working. I feel no changes, no improvements, no negative effects. I cannot give an accurate rating on this because its effects if any are negligible at best so far.
Love how it makes me sleep, but I must be careful to not watch any action or violent movies before bed because the dreams can be pretty intense.
